It's not that he's bad, it's that he's so stereotypically 'Classic Gold' that listeners may actually go out and buy pipes and slippers WITHOUT RECOURSE TO REASON if his songs are played.
Well...if they say that's their music policy, that's their music policy. The DJs, contrary to popular opinion, are there to To As They Are Told.
Yeah, I agree, perhaps I didn't explain myself properly - I meant that isn't it a bit drastic not to play his songs at all!
