Two Weeks

| | Comments (5)

At tonight's Weight Watcher's meeting I was weighed again and the difference between this week and the last was 3.6lb, making a total of 8.4lb lost since we started two weeks ago.

Not bad, but if I keep up this rate of loss much longer they're going to tell me to eat more.

Humph.

Fucking ace. Keep up the good work.

Oh dear, now I feel crap about myself. Congratulations, it's hard work (dieting, not making me feel crap, ah ah).

"Of all the gin joints in all the towns in all the world, she walks into mine." Hee. Plus, you got to meet some current and former bloggerati!

As for the weight drop - I know at least with Alex, too, it went very quickly in the beginning as that is when the biggest change in the diet is. Once your body become more accustomed to the smaller portions, lighter fare, etc. it tends to slow down. Not to be a mood killer or anything!

Congrats!

Plus men lose weight, initially, faster than women. last time I dieted I lost 8lbs in the first week, then 5lb, then 6lb then it steadied itself at 3/4lb.

Stick with it!

It'll slow down, you're probably losing water weight.

You're better off judging weight loss on how you feel and whether your kecks fall on the floor when you put them on than by weighing yourself anyway. :)
