Taken from behind the base plate at the Cyclones' Stadium in Coney Island during Friday night's game.
We rode The Cyclone rollercoaster afterwards...and man that is one hell of a ride. Far too short, but we really didn't care. We just rode it twice, in the front car both times.

Come on, I'm still waiting for the Cricket Vs Baseball detailed comparision (well done for beating the Ozzies on Sunday BTW)
No coaster photos?
Customer-facing, or otherwise?
Honestly. Close to being the best photograph I've ever taken, and you guys are all want, want, want.
Moon on a stick, you want. Moon on a stick.
No photos on the 'coaster, unfortunately, and by that point in the evening we were out of camera memory.
Hmm, Adrian. Not sure about that.
Stu!!!! how you doin? sorry I haven't been on your blog for ages.. been quite busy recently with work, holidays and new girlfriend...
So, you're coming back to England this week huh? how long for? any plans to come visit Ben and me in Bristol? It'd be awesome to see ya both if you get time... (I still haven't met Krissa yet!!) although I'm sure your list of visitations is already too long...
In fact it's the Balloon Fiesta this weekend... oh, and we're having a fancy dress party on Saturday night (cult TV theme) which you would be more than welcome to if you can make it... I'm guessing this is all a bit too short notice for ya though...
Please drop us a bell when you're back in the country though.. Ben and me are both on the same numbers we have always had... even if you can't make it here, we might be able to get accross to somewhere to meet up with you for a day!
take it easy dude
You were sitting behind home plate at the game. And yet, I enjoyed the term "base plate".
first base, second base, third base, home base...home plate...base plate.
Um.
Just so you know how I arrived at the mistake.
