Three days ago I cut my thumb opening a box of Honey Nut Cheerios, and it still really hurts.

Hi there! At jury duty, I saw someone who looked like you, but wasn't you. FYI.

Were they guilty?

perhaps, but this person was there that day only as a potential juror.

They were definitely guilty anyway, if they looked like Stuart. That guy is just SHIFTY, MAN.

What were you using to open the box? An AXE?

Whenever I eat Honey Nut Cheerios the roof of my mouth gets torn up. All of those whole grains must be really abrasive, or maybe my palate is really delicate. Now that I know the other dangers of this cereal I think I'm just going to give them up.

See, that's what happens when you use a machete to open a box of cereal.

I was going to ask the same question Sally did but using the word sword.

Try safety scissors man ...

No, I just slipped my thumb under the tab on the top of the box and it cut my thumb.
So it's like a paper cut with all the added force and bad-ass attitude of cardboard.

Vicious.

Cardboard is to thick for a paper cut. I think this is some sort of cover up Stuart ... or should I say double oh seventeen.

Cardboard is not too thick for a paper cut Adrian, it all depends on the inherent sharpness and stiffness of the edge of the cardboard, not the thickness of same.

No, you need a sharp edge. You can't have something thick and sharp. You might find that cardboard can have a sharp edge, but it will be thin at that point. You can't cut yourself on a brick.

You can't cut yourself on a brick.

Care to test that theory? ;-)

You can still have a sharp edge on a cereal box made from cardboard, due to the cutting process in box factories. Just ask Stuart!

I sell Honey Nut Cheerios. Sorry you were injured.
