I just saw someone with a Norman style haircut.

That took a bloody long time to come around again.

I don't even know what a Norman style haircut is, except for the one my Dad has. His name is Norman, and he has a long hair, in a ponytail.

No...it's...shaved back and sides and over the dome of the head with short, close-cut front with a slight fringe.

For some reason I'm having one hell of a time trying to find a picture of it online.
