They're trying to work things out.
THE TORTURE IS GETTING WORSE.
I'm going out.
Ostensibly for Tonic Water to go with some gin.
Truthfully it's because I don't trust my face.

I HAVE to ask you this even though I am sure you will think this is stupid but where did the term snogging come from?
Well..this is as far as I know, and I just tried a quick google and came up with nothing that confirms this, but my Grandpa said the term 'getting snogged up' was getting dressed up in your best clothes for a night out in the early 1940s.
I can only guess that 'snogged up' for a night out transformed into something like 'going snogging' and then into a description of french kissing, which you could argue was one of the goals of 'getting snogged up' in the first place...
But that's just hearsay. Citation most definitely needed.
Prior to the book coming out, I told friends that I hope they have a great few days, but I wasn't going to chat with them until I knew they had finished the book. For that very reason. I can't pull off the poker face needed for such a situation.
Some still haven't finished. I miss them. Heh. ;)
